Ude and company
Cabaret at its very best
Following the success of the opening event, former mayor and shopkeeper Christian Ude and his consorts present “true Munich stories” from political times that were also very turbulent. Munich actress and musician Cornelia Corba brings a piece of contemporary Schwabing history to the stage with the story of the young, fun-loving Schwabinger Gisela, Germany’s youngest landlady, who actually wanted to become a racing driver.
Cabaret artist and former member of the Münchner Lach- und Schießgesellschaft ensemble Holger Paetz will present excerpts from his infamous Lenten sermon and teach his congregation to fear. There will be hail of violent cheek pranks for all the political cardboard noses and self-aggrandizers. Cabaret artists Sven Kemmler and Frank Klötgen from the lach+schiess ensemble ‘pepper’ the evening with eloquent, topical political satire.
