Lift to the theatre hall
Whether you are in a wheelchair or walking frame or simply want to avoid the stairs, you can use our foyer lift to reach the stalls on the right and the balcony level.
Lift to the Silbersaal
Please use staircase IV in the inner courtyard (diagonally opposite the main entrance) – there is a lift here. For people in wheelchairs and their companions, the door will be opened when you ring the bell.
Inductive hearing system
Please select a seat from the grey area of the seating plan in our webshop – you can use the inductive hearing system in these seats. Please also ask the staff on the ticket hotline 089 552 34 444 for a seat with an inductive hearing system.
Wheelchair spaces
For your own protection, wheelchair spaces in the theatre are located exclusively in the central balcony on the right and left. We also have a seat available in the immediate vicinity for any companions. The corresponding wheelchair spaces are shown on the theatre seating plan.
In the Silbersaal, the wheelchair spaces vary depending on the type of seating. Please ask our staff which seat is suitable for you in the Silbersaal.
