Ball of the Catholic Corporations
Perhaps the youngest audience dances at the Gaudeamus Ball. On this evening, Munich’s Catholic fraternities celebrate the largest academic ball at the Deutsches Theater. Of course, the ball is open to everyone – young and old alike. About half of the more than 1,000 ball guests are students or trainees and celebrate exuberantly on different levels. Experience a glittering ball night with the best entertainment and lively dance music. As is tradition, Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann is the patron of this year’s event. Michael Reinfelder will host the evening with his usual charm.
Culinary delights
Our gastronomic partner Lorenz Stiftl and his team will cater for the ball guests. You can choose between a menu or à la carte dishes. It is best to use the convenient option of pre-ordering via the online store so that you can be sure to enjoy your favorite dish.
