Please note that the capacity of the Silbersaal is currently reduced to 50 seats due to the current requirements of the Bavarian state government. The seating plan including rows of seating is adjusted taking into account the distance rules. The capacity will of course be expanded if there is a corresponding easing by the state government in the coming weeks.

The popular children’s book Oh, wie schön ist Panama (The Trip to Panama) from 1978 by author, illustrator and artist Janosch takes young and old adventurers on an incredible journey around the world – and explores what life is really all about. Now, the brand new musical adaptation of the classic, inspired by the eponymous animated cinema film from the year 2006, is coming to our stage. A story about friendship, freedom and wanderlust with lovably characters and great songs for children.
Little Tiger and Little Bear live together quite happily in their little house at the river. One day, they find a wooden box that smells like bananas and has „Panama“ written on the outside. Thus, the two friends start for this alleged paradise land. They meet other animals like the Donkey and the Fish. They fall from a bridge and are stranded on a deserted island during a thunderstorm. There, they really do find bananas – but they soon realise that they’re actually longing for something else entirely: their home …
