This page gives you an overview of which events have had to be canceled and which have been postponed since March 2020.

POSTPONED: NEW DATES FIXED
The performances have been postponed. In most cases, tickets remain valid for the same day and time of the week. If you have any questions, please contact München Ticket or the provider from whom you purchased the tickets.
CANCELLED
The performances have been cancelled. Our partner München Ticket will contact you as soon as possible regarding the cancellation. If your contact details are not deposited there, please contact München Ticket. If you purchased the cards from another provider, please contact them. Exceptions are Eventim tickets for the two productions Das ist Wahnsinn and Snow White. Regarding these two shows please contact(at)deutsches-theater.de.

Can I get back the admission fee for cancelled performances?
Due to the numerous event cancellations that are currently being processed we kindly ask for your patience until you receive your refund.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot reimburse tickets for all events. In some cases the “Regulation to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the contract law for events” passed by the federal government on May 14 applies. Accordingly, the customers will receive a voucher that can be redeemed for another guest performance by the respective organizer by the end of 2021. If the voucher has not been redeemed by the end of 2021, customers will get their money back. How do I get my new ticket for postponed shows?
The tickets will remain their validity for the same day of the week and the same time.
