The Showcard

The Showcard is your personal loyalty card. With the Showcard you will receive a 20% reduction on our regular ticket prices for events at the theatre hall and the Silbersaal for the duration of 12 months. The reduction is not applicable to the events during our ball season and events hosted by external partners. You can book with the reduction at our box office (Schwanthalerstraße 13), at all MT ticket agencies as well as in the Webshop an in our call center. The discount cannot be used for prior bookings. Please note that your Showcard must be valid the day of your visit. The reduction is only valid for the holder of the Showcard. Please present your Showcard as well as your ID card on the day of performance. You can buy the Showcard as a gift when giving us his or her personal information. When you buy the Showcard or use it during a booking we need your personal information as it is a personalized offer. Your personal information will only be used for identification purposes according to our data protection declaration.

Validity: 1 year from date of issue (no automatic renewal)

Customers whose Showcard expired during the Corona period or expires until February 28, 2022 will receive a new Showcard free of charge. This can only be exchanged for the old Showcard at the theater box office on Schwanthalerstrasse and is then valid for 12 months.

School classes

We offer special allotments for school classes for the evening performances Sunday through Thursday. Tickets are available upon request for a maximum of 50 persons per show. Ticktes are limited and subject to availability.

Tickets for pupils and teachers (additional service fees may apply): from 20,00 €
A maximum of 2 accompanying persons per group, depending on group size: free

Pensioners

We offer reductions for pensioners 65 years an older or for anyone who can present a valid pensioner’s ID.

Children up to the age of 14 years are granted a reduction of 50%.

We recommend a visit to a theatre for children who are at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult. Children’s tickets are subject to availabiliy.

Handicapped visitors

Handicapped visitors with a valid disabled person’s pass are granted a 25% reduction.
If the handicapped person has an accompanying person registered (sign “B” in the Disabled person’s pass) this person is also granted a 25% reduction.

Wheelchair users are granted a 50% reduction. The compulsory companion is also granted a reduction of 50%. Due to the limited capacity of suitable places for wheelchairs, tickets for wheelchair users and accompanying persons can only be booked via telephone under 089 55 234 444 or at our box office. A booking in our Webshop is not possible.

Members of ADAC

Members of ADAC who can identify themselves as such are granted a reduction of 10% per booking of our Musicals & Shows – applicable for up to four tickets incl. the booker. The reduction is not applicable to the events during our ball season and performances of the category “Encore!” as well as performances in the Silbersaal (silver hall). Please have your member card ready for admission controls on the day of the performance.

Last Minute

Pupils, students, apprentices, holders of the „München Pass“ and persons working in the BFD
are granted a Last Minute rate of 20,00 € up to € 27,00 (incl. VAT and service fees). This rate is made available 30 minutes before the respective performance and is only available at the box office. This reduction is only applicable for selected shows and remaining tickets. For further information please see the “Infotext” for the respective show in our Webshop.
