We have had difficult months. We have had to postpone or cancel countless events since March 2020. On this page you will find an overview of this and, of course, of the new dates. Hopefully the times of postponements and cancellations are now behind us. The show must go on!

Can I get back the admission fee for cancelled performances?

Due to the numerous event cancellations that are currently being processed we kindly ask for your patience until you receive your refund.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot reimburse tickets for all events. In some cases the “Regulation to mitigate the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the contract law for events” passed by the federal government on May 14 applies. Accordingly, the customers will receive a voucher that can be redeemed for another guest performance by the respective organizer by the end of 2021. If the voucher has not been redeemed by the end of 2021, customers will get their money back. How do I get my new ticket for postponed shows?
The tickets will remain their validity for the same day of the week and the same time.
