Since 2000, the Tour de France has been a hit in Munich—both among French people “in exile” and among Francophile locals. DJ Thomas Bohnet is bringing his longest-running regular “French Disco” to the Silbersaal. And the name says it all: the event offers a danceable journey through the musical styles of France. From party classics, Nouvelle Chanson, French pop, hip-hop, and R&B to hits from the ’60s and ’80s: whatever’s fun, danceable—and, of course, has a connection to France—will be played.
