Take That are one of the most successful bands of the United Kingdom and have attracted millions of fans since the Nineties. Their music is the soundtrack of a whole generation. Now, a new musical tells of all those memoires: youthful dreams, friendship and unfulfilled wishes. The Band – The Musical with all the great hits of Take That – like „Back for Good“, „Relight My Fire“ and „Rule the World“ – is coming to Munich in 2019 for exclusive guest performances. Three original members of the band – Howard Donald, Gary Barlow and Mark Owen – act as co-producers of the show.
The story
It’s the story of the five school friends Rachel, Heather, Debbie, Claire and Zoe who have a serious Take That-fever. A stroke of fate separates the five girlfriends – until the meet again, 25 years later. A lot has changed but The Band is still the shared sountrack of their lives, the band that will connect them forever…
The songs are performed in English, the dialogues in German.
