You won’t find an orchestra at this concert. In fact, it’s just the three musicians—Herwig Schaffner, Dino Sulic, and Georg Aichberger—who set off a musical fireworks display. For years, the Viennese trio Cobario has been electrifying audiences worldwide with the energy of its compositions. The guitar strings glow, while the violinist enchants with his virtuosity.

A Fiery Concert

This new, virtuosic show is a musical dance with fire. In the composition “Avanti,” the two guitarists go head-to-head with driving riffs and Spanish solos. The title track, “Strings on Fire,” culminates in the ultimate showdown. Often, just a few measures of this unusual lineup—featuring a violin and two guitars—are enough to trigger a veritable explosion of images in your mind. Captivating and infectious

The irresistible charm and infectious joy of these three passionate musicians make every concert a delight. In 2006, the multi-award-winning Cobario Trio got its start in Barcelona as street musicians. Since then, they have performed in over 30 countries.
