“One of the most talented jazz singers” – that’s how The Vancouver Courier describes Canadian jazz singer Nina Michelle. With her warm, expressive voice, she thrills her audience with swinging, grooving, and classic jazz. Her current program, Echoes of Legends – A Tribute to Jazz Vocal Greats, is a homage to the great voices of jazz.
Tribute to the Greats
With dedication and authentic style, she interprets classics by legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, and Frank Sinatra—supplemented by her own compositions from her album Love Confessions. Nina Michelle has been touring Europe with her international quintet for over 30 years and has played at renowned jazz clubs and festivals in Ascona, Vienna, London, Berlin, Vancouver, and the Bahamas. She has worked with jazz icons such as Charly Antolini, Max Greger, Scott Hamilton, and Dusko Goykovich.
