Franziska Wanninger with a new program
The phone lines are glowing, because Franziska Wanninger has brought out a new program. After her successful evening Für mich soll’s rote Rosen hageln, the Upper Bavarian cabaret artist entertains her audience in December with wonderful communication tips.
With wit, charm and soaring vocals
Wenn du wen brauchst, ruf mich nicht an is a mixture of ambiguous characters and absurdly funny stories. Peppered with trenchant treatises on life itself, moving house, hotel beds, happiness and death, soaring vocals and acting comedy – entertaining, charming and at least as enduring as Aunt Traudl’s wedding wardrobe. Listen to the hilarious stories of this Bavarian grenade. Scream, laugh and go wild! But just don’t call her on the phone.
Franziska Wanninger
Franziska Wanninger, who grew up on an unmanaged farm in the Upper Bavarian district of Altötting, drove her family to despair at an early age with her incessant urge to speak and her penchant for drama. Her first major appearances included a short theatrical scene as a child at a senior citizens’ afternoon, which ended up being a completely different length than planned in the program due to her rather shaky knowledge of the text, and a spontaneous 10-minute solo at a children’s carnival with all the verses of “Ihr Kinderlein kommet!”
