Bob Dylan shaped the attitude to life of an entire generation with his songs and made music history. He is considered the Shakespeare of songwriters and was honored with the Nobel Prize for Literature. In their new project BAVARIAN BOB, the tribute band Dylan On The Rocks, renowned throughout Germany for their faithful renditions of Dylan’s sound, presents the timeless songs of the old master in high-quality Bavarian translations.

Musical enjoyment without language barriers

Accompanied by atmospheric images on a large screen, Bob Dylan’s powerful poetic lyrics reach the hearts and minds of the audience without any language barriers. The program includes almost all of Dylan’s classics, such as Like A Rolling Stone, A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall, Mr. Tambourine Man, The Times They Are A-Changing, and It’s All Over Now Baby Blue, with explanations of the connections between Dylan’s songs and his life. The band will perform in the Silbersaal in an expanded six-piece formation.
